Terms of Use of the firmabezszefa.pl website

§ 1. General provisions

1. These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the firmabezszefa.pl website.

2. The owner of the website is Grzegorz Klimarczyk, author of the book "The Bossless Company", contact: grzegorz@klimarczyk.pl.

3. The website is informational and promotional in nature. Its purpose is in particular to present information about the book "The Bossless Company", the subject of self-management, the academic study on the potential for adopting self-management models in Polish companies, and activities connected with that project.

4. Use of the website is voluntary and free of charge.

5. The partner of the project is Open Nexus Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznan, ul. Bolesława Krzywoustego 3, 61-144 Poznan, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000335959, NIP: 7792363577, REGON: 301196705 (hereinafter: the "Partner" or "Open Nexus").

6. Open Nexus Sp. z o.o. supports the project with promotional, communication and organisational activities, in particular by using its own communication channels, marketing tools or technical resources. Detailed information about the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the website and with any promotional activities can be found in the Privacy Policy.

§ 2. Scope of services available through the website

1. Through the website a user may in particular:

• read information about the book "The Bossless Company" and about self-management,
• go to the questionnaire of the academic study conducted at Poznan University of Technology,
• voluntarily provide an email address in order to receive the report with the results of the study and an invitation to the online Q&A session,
• read information about promotional activities or events connected with the book and with self-management.

2. The academic study to which the link on the website leads is a separate process carried out at Poznan University of Technology. Information about taking part in the study, its rules and the processing of personal data in connection with the study is provided directly with the research questionnaire.

3. Providing an email address in order to receive the report from the study or an invitation to the Q&A session is voluntary and takes place in a separate step, independently of the answers given in the survey.

4. Providing an email address in order to receive the report from the study or an invitation to the Q&A session does not mean automatic sign-up to a newsletter or to Open Nexus Sp. z o.o. marketing communications.

5. If the website makes it possible to sign up for a newsletter or other marketing communications, such sign-up will require a separate action by the user and will be carried out in accordance with the information provided with the sign-up form and in the Privacy Policy.

6. Using the website requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.

§ 3. Rules for using the website

1. The user is obliged to use the website in a manner consistent with the law, good practice and these Terms of Use.

2. It is prohibited to supply through the website any content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of third parties or disrupts the operation of the website.

3. The Website Owner takes steps to ensure that the website functions correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

§ 4. Copyright

1. All materials published on the website, including texts, excerpts from the book, graphics, marks, logos and other elements, are the intellectual property of the author or of other entitled parties and are protected by law.

2. Copying, distributing, modifying or using the materials available on the website without the consent of the entitled party is prohibited, except in cases permitted by generally applicable law.

§ 5. Personal data and cookies

1. The rules for processing personal data in connection with the use of the website, the provision of an email address, the use of forms, analytics and cookies are described in the Privacy and Cookies Policy available on the website.

2. Information about the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the academic study is provided directly with the research questionnaire.

§ 6. Complaints and contact

1. Questions, comments and complaints regarding the operation of the website may be sent to the email address: grzegorz@klimarczyk.pl.

2. A submission should include a description of the matter and contact details enabling a response to be given.

3. Submissions will be considered within 14 days of the date of receipt.

§ 7. Changes to the Terms of Use

1. The Website Owner may amend these Terms of Use, in particular where the scope of the website's functionality changes, the way the services are provided changes, or the Terms of Use need to be brought in line with applicable law.

2. The version of the Terms of Use published on the website, with the date indicated at the beginning of the document, applies.
